In order to receive Technical Support for your software, you need to have an active Support Plan. With a Support Plan, you will be able to call us for Support and Training for your software. Support Plans also include Remote Desktop Assistance, Network Installation Support, Remote VirtualBoss setup help, and Upgrades for your software.
If you do not have an active Support Plan, we have many resources available to help with common issues.
Non-Support Plan customers can still request help by submitting a support ticket, or by chatting directly with a support representitive. Most issues can be resolved with a quick chat! VirtualBoss also has a built in Support Ticket system you can use. To find this, go to the Help menu in the software and click Send Question and data to VirtualBoss.
